In an opening keynote presentation at this month’s Intelligent Assistants Conference, MyWave’s CEO & Founder Geraldine McBride outlined the need for customers to take control of their personal data when managing relationships with enterprises and service providers.
The digital revolution created a paradigm shift, said McBride, allowing customers to no longer be passive in how they interact with businesses. Along those lines, MyWave has developed an intelligent personal assistant, Frank, who enables hyper-personalized services on behalf of customers.
