One of the important topics that came out of the recent Intelligent Assistants Conference 2015 included discussion around how humans remain in the loop for implementing intelligent assistant solutions. While IA technology is advancing at a fast clip, humans are still integral for delivering constant input to help intelligent assistants learn and get better at serving customers.
