IAC New York 2015, the leading venue to learn how humans harness the power of virtual assistants, will be held October 13-14 at the W Hotel New York.
Now in its second year, Intelligent Assistants Conference 2015 features real-world case studies from executives improving customer experience and self-service efficiency. These efforts rely on solutions in natural language processing, machine learning, artificial intelligence and advanced analytics.
Held in conjunction with IAC 2015, Opus Research is proud to host the second annual Intelligent Assistant Awards (IAAs).
The IAAs are intended to raise the visibility of real-world implementations of intelligent assistants. (Last year, Domino’s, Hyatt Hotels, and the U.S. Army were recognized as best-in-class examples of automated self-service systems.)
Three winners will be awarded at IAC 2015 that help achieve: proven business value to enterprise, delivering superior customer experience, and innovative use cases.
Opus Research will accept entries of all service offerings for “Intelligent Assistants,” including automated webchat, natural language IVRs, mobile intelligent agents, and other self-service or assisted self-service resources.
All entries from enterprise users and customers of IA technologies will be offered two (2) complimentary passes to attend Intelligent Assistants Conference (Oct 13-14, 2015). For more information, please contact: Pete Headrick, [email protected], (415) 904-7666.
Platinum sponsors for Intelligent Assistants Conference 2015 include Nuance, Interactions, and IntelliResponse.
