Excell Agent Services, a historic innovator in wholesale directory assistance, is being purchased by Texas-based OSC, a provider of directory assistance and CRM services. The successor firm, to be called Exell Services, will be headquartered in Phoenix and offer both live-agent and automated contact center services for telecommunications carriers.
