Digital mapping giant NavteQ has attracted $10 million in sponsorships as prize money for developers that are into building location-based applications. The roster of sponsors now includes (alphabetically) Alcatel-Lucent, AtlasCT, DigitalGlobe, Imagination Technologies, Intel, Microsoft, and Mobile Distillery.
