On The Eve of dreamForce: Ribbit Mashes up SMS, Voicemail-to-text and CRM
BT’s Ribbit subsidiary will be demonstrating the latest rev of its Ribbit for Salesforce designed for on-the-go, mobile sales reps. In the spirit of Recombinant Telephony, it is a mash-up that makes use of Ribbit’s inherent call management, voicemail and email capabilities, but adds voicemail-to-text conversion, outbound SMS alert and the ability to update records in a CRM system the Salesforce.com cloud.
