Get Your Nominations In for the 2018 Conversational Commerce Awards (CCAs)

Today’s enterprises are unlocking the power of machine learning, natural language processing, and conversational intelligence to support customer care and digital transformation initiatives. To honor these efforts, Opus Research is proud to host the Conversational Commerce Awards (CCAs) to be held in conjunction with the Conversational Commerce Conference, September 12-13, 2018 in San Francisco.

The CCAs are intended to showcase how intelligent assistants, chatbots, virtual agents, enterprise & employee assistance, conversational marketing and intelligent personal assistants deliver business value for Conversational Commerce.

Since 2014, Opus Research has handed out awards to raise the visibility of real-world implementations featuring the role of intelligent assistants as ubiquitous, conversational user interfaces for customer engagement, digital commerce, self-service, employee assistance and intelligent devices.

At the 2018 Conversational Commerce Conference in San Francisco (Sept 12-13), this year’s three total winners will be announced based on the following recommended criteria:

  • Business Value: Success metrics and proven ROI, attain key performance indicators, leverage existing customer experience infrastructure
  • Enterprise Applications: Digital employee efforts, conversational analytics, improved efficiencies and productivity, integrated knowledge management
  • Delivering Superior Customer Experience: Consistent responses and experience across devices and channels,  map customer intent, deliver personalized CX, ability to learn and improve over time
  • Innovative Use Cases: Superior natural language understanding, real-world AI capabilities and advanced technology, compelling avatar or persona, moving from assistant to advisor

Opus Research will accept entries of currently deployed, real-world customers and applications of Conversational Commerce offerings. Opus encourages platform providers & technology developers to nominate clients and customers. All accepted entrants will receive a complimentary full-conference pass to the 2018 Conversational Commerce Conference in San Francisco.
