The Conversational Commerce Revolution Continues: John Chambers to Anchor Keynote Panel at C3 San Francisco

Opus Research launched the Conversational Commerce Conference series in 2011 to inform stakeholders across search, social media, digital marketing and customer care about the impact of new technologies and networking platforms on their core business. Today, Conversational Commerce is ready for its close-up, and C3 San Francisco (Sept 12-13) is ready to deliver.

We are pleased to start with a keynote panel, in a fireside chat format, featuring John Chambers, Chairman Emeritus of Cisco Systems and CEO of JC2 Ventures. He’ll be joined by Umesh Sachdev, co-founder of Uniphore, a speech processing platform provider that aims to show speech analytics platforms are emerging as the gateway enterprise Intelligent Assistance.

The chat will set the stage for a conference designed to connect the dots for executives in charge of “digital transformation” or “innovation” when it is applied to customer care, e-commerce and marketing technology. The largest companies have the luxury of fostering an “Innovation Lab.” For many others, decision makers come from the ranks of contact center operations and administration, digital marketing, mobile strategy, customer experience design and IT.

Conversational Commerce Conference San Francisco (Sep 12-13) also features case studies from Autodesk, showcasing the creation and evolution of the Autodesk Virtual Agent (AVA), and VIPShop, a global leader in flash sales and the third largest online retailer in China. In-depth panel discussions include new developments in “Voice-First” and Conversational Design, the technical and ethical boundaries for Conversational AI and intelligent assistants, and a featured panel with Chris Messina, founder of the #hashtag, on how to foster conversational relationships with both clients and prospects.

C3 San Francisco promises to help businesses and brands build strategies that incorporate bots, virtual agents, digital employees and intelligent authentication. Don’t miss a chance for “early-bird” registration, ends July 15th.
