Luke Johnston – Business Integration Coordinator, Australian Defence Centre

Luke Johnston is the Business Integration Coordinator at the Defence Service Centre. This is a 150 seat, purpose-built contact centre located in rural NSW. It provides a range of services for the Australian Defence Organisation, including Defence Force Recruitment, Peoplesoft support, Hazardous Material Explosion helplines, Personnel Administration, Travel, Library and a host of other products. Johnston has been involved in the contact centre industry for over ten years and is currently Chairman of the Genesys User Group.
