Note that Avaya offers a similar One X Mobile client for the Blackberry, Treo and several other PDAs. These have been available for several years in some cases, and the iPhone app is the newest extenstion to the Avaya Unified Communications One X Mobile suite of clients. Avaya provides these clients at no cost to its customers. In the interest of full disclosure, I am an Avaya employee located in NJ.
