It is an absolute horror. The main menu has a different voice for each menu item. The menu choices were 1, 5, 1, 2, and 9 to continue. That wasn't a typo - they really had two 1 selections for different items. Slow and painful to use. Finally got to the speech service. It was slow and ugly and wasn't able to recognize me saying one of the boroughs. I've got to believe that callers are using it only for a laugh. It is absolutely horrible! Did you call this service?
