		<description>Did you call this service?  It is an absolute horror.  The main menu has a different voice for each menu item.  The menu choices were 1, 5, 1, 2, and 9 to continue.  That wasn&#039;t a typo - they really had two 1 selections for different items. Slow and painful to use.  Finally got to the speech service.  It was slow and ugly and wasn&#039;t able to recognize me saying one of the boroughs.  I&#039;ve got to believe that callers are using it only for a laugh.  It is absolutely horrible!</description>
